Federal Reserve Bank of New York Primary Dealer Statistics
The Federal Reserve Bank of New York Primary Dealer Statistics are a weekly snapshot of the activity of primary dealers, which account for a large fraction of the total activity of all securities dealers. These data include information on the positions, transactions, financing, and fails (both failures-to-deliver and failures-to-receive) for primary dealers, along with other information. Only a subset of the series published by the New York Fed are included in the Short-term Funding Monitor.
The series are typically published weekly on Thursday by the New York Fed for the prior week. The OFR adds these data to the Short-term Funding Monitor the following business day. The time the data were last retrieved is noted on each individual data series page.
